Richard Groves, a hospice chaplain of forty years, is the founder of the Sacred Art of Living Center in Bend, Oregon. Groves was ordained a Catholic priest and served as a volunteer chaplain in the US Air Force. He is a published author, university professor and international teacher of the art of living and dying tradition. With graduate degrees in pastoral theology, world religions and law, Richard speaks nine languages. He is most proud of his three sons, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
